I know what that's like. I didn't even realize how much figure trimming I needed until this friend of mine invited me to their wedding, where, of course, I really wanted to be very presentable. I tried changing my diet and tried getting motivated to do a little exercise too and sure it started working, but way too slowly for my timeline. It did make me curious, all right! Therefore I continued my research.

The lemon drink is easy to prepare. Combine two tbs of lemon juice with ten ounces of water, a dash of cayenne pepper and approx two tbs B-grade maple syrup. This will be very effective if drunk on its own up to a dozen times a day.

Each of the four components contained in this drink brings its own benefits. The maple syrup gives your body calories, metabolism is increased through the pepper and your system is flushed out via the water. Besides its slimming function it also helps cleanse your system.

Though very important and widely available on the net, it's not the formula that will make a difference to a successful diet, but the Master Cleanse Secrets handbook. When I started without the tips in this manual, at the end of a couple of days I found it impossible to continue.

All these feelings and reactions were anticipated by the e-book, which started from the recipe, of course, but had a gradual approach on how to deal with all other challenges that come along the ten days of dieting.

To me, the most valuable advice I found in it referred to ways of getting ready for the diet. In as far as I am concerned, the biggest challenge was to refrain from eating those long ten days. That's not easy, especially when you begin and the body has to start getting use to it. That's where the second attempt at this diet, this time equipped with the e-book helped me stick by it and keep going. I wouldn't have been able to resist without food for the entire period if it weren't for it. I am usually extremely fond of eating! The book was like a silent coach, motivating me and answering my questions to keep me focused.

So that's it. This acts both as a body cleanse and as a slimming routine. I for one am very satisfied with it which is why I am ready to vouch for its effectiveness. In my opinion, if you want to ensure you stick with it for the whole 10 day period, the e-book is absolutely essential.
